This 1930s home has been lovingly updated and is ready to host you with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 bathroom, plus a full kitchen, laundry, barbecue grill, & outdoor dining area. Work remotely with fast fiber internet and a dedicated workspace. Free off-street and on-street parking!

Flexible lease terms start at just 30+ days. Advertised price is for a 90+ day lease; contact us for shorter-stay pricing. This unit is ideal for corporate housing, travel nurses, traveling medical professionals, construction worker temporary housing, relocation housing, and monthly vacation rentals. All utilities, lawn care, and snow removal are included.

We're pet friendly! There is a $50 pet fee for up to one dog or two cats, withheld from your deposit at the end of the lease. Pets must be  supervised when outdoors. Pet waste must be promptly removed. The backyard is fenced and private.

The cottage is completely private - it's a stand-alone, single-family home. The entrance pathway has two stairs. The home itself is single level with no stairs.

There is free off-street parking in the driveway on the west side of the house. The driveway can accommodate one car or two cars if you're willing to double-park. There is free street parking along Harney Street in front of the house.

No smoking allowed. All adults over the age of 18 must complete an application that includes an employment history, residence history, background check, and credit check.  We screen your application for free. Once you're pre-approved and any showings are complete, there is a $40 fee per adult for the background and credit check. Successful applicants will have three times rent in monthly income OR a housing stipend or corporate expense policy that covers the cost of rent OR a guarantor that meets these requirements, pass a background check, and have a good credit score or higher.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by our recently updated home, including fresh paint and LVP flooring. The living area features a convertible sofa bed and seating for six. Relax and unwind as you watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen smart TV, ready for you to login to your own streaming subscriptions.

Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that provides all the essentials for preparing your favorite meals, including a full-sized stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, and cooking essentials. Enjoy your meals at the dining bar, which seats four, or outside on the patio, which seats six. During the summer months, grill on the barbecue in the fenced backyard and enjoy Laradise's warm summer nights underneath the twinkle lights!

The full-sized laundry includes a washer and dryer for guest use, along with laundry detergent, stain remover, and dryer balls.

The first bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, soft linens, plush pillows, and a ceiling fan. The closet is equipped with hangers, luggage rack, and cube-style dresser, giving you room to unpack. A dedicated workspace features a comfortable chair and lamp. All lamps have USB outlets for easy device charging.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and the same bedding and closet features as the first bedroom.

The bathroom is adjacent and offers a tub/shower with adjustable shower head, fresh towels, makeup remover towels, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.
