Bring only your suitcase: this unit is fully furnished and outfitted with everything you need, including high-speed wifi internet for working from home! The two bedrooms contain a king-sized bed with linens, a queen sized bed with linens, nightstands, and bedside lamps with outlets and USB chargers. The recently renovated bathroom includes linens and essentials. The living room has a couch, chair, and smart TV for all of your streaming apps. The kitchen is fully stocked, including cookware, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. We include a starter kit of home essentials, including cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent. Once the kit runs out, you'll need to resupply your own products. There is a full-sized in-unit washer and dryer.

We're pet friendly! There is a $50 pet fee for up to one dog or two cats, withheld from your deposit at the end of the lease. Pets must be indoor-only OR leashed and supervised when outdoors. Pet waste must be promptly removed. The backyard is fenced and shared with all other tenants at this location. 

This is a garden level unit accessed down a small flight of 4 stairs. There are huge windows and a ton of natural light, especially in the primary bedroom. While the apartment complex is quiet, you may hear footsteps above you. The building contains 6 total units. Street parking and off-street parking are available. 

No smoking allowed. All adults over the age of 18 must complete an application that includes an employment history, residence history, background check, and credit check.  We screen your application for free. Once you're pre-approved and any showings are complete, there is a $40 fee per adult for the background and credit check. Successful applicants will have three times rent in monthly income OR a housing stipend or corporate expense policy that covers the cost of rent OR a guarantor that meets these requirements, a clear background check, and a good credit score or higher.
